Dare to Embody Your Soul is a luxurious New Year gathering for those who don’t necessarily need to learn more, but are ready to finally embody what they already know.
A relaxed yet purposeful blend of holiday, community, adventure, celebration, and inner work built around one confronting question:
You know the life you truly want to live. What is still stopping you from actually living it?
Face what stands between you and your life.
Fear and trauma can make our lives smaller. We avoid intimacy because we are afraid of being hurt. We hold on to control because surrender feels unsafe. We fill the silence because we are afraid of what might emerge within it.
During this gathering, each participant chooses one personal fear, shadow, or recurring pattern to work with. By going to the root of one pattern, you may begin to see how it has been shaping many different areas of your life.
This could be:
fear of loneliness or rejection
fear of intimacy, vulnerability, or surrender
fear of the unknown, silence, or darkness
fear of being visible and truly taking your place
procrastination, control, or other persistent coping mechanisms
a choice you know you need to make, but keep avoiding
We will not only try to understand that fear. We will bring it into the light, meet what lies beneath it, and turn that awareness into concrete choices and actions.
Name it. Face it. Transform it. Commit.
All practices take place within clear boundaries of choice, consent, and physical and emotional safety. No one needs to cross their personal boundaries in order to prove their courage.
The challenge is not to force yourself.
The challenge is to honestly see where fear is running your life.
The Journey
The first day is about arriving and landing. We create safety, get to know one another, and open a warm, relaxed, and supportive field together.
Over the following days, we move through shadow work, projection, completion, and a personal challenge.
Participants are not passive consumers of the retreat, but active co-creators. Individually and in small groups, we explore what truly stands between the life you are living now and the life you know you want to live.
On New Year’s Eve, we consciously close what does not need to follow us into the new year.
And then we celebrate.
With music, a DJ, connection, and the life energy that becomes available when fear no longer gets to decide everything.
On January 1st, we make the transition tangible:

The final days are dedicated to integration, deep relaxation, connection, and adventure.
Each participant ultimately chooses one to three concrete actions to carry into real life — commitments to be completed within a timeframe ranging from two weeks to three months after the gathering, depending on the nature of the action.
These commitments will be shared with the community and become part of the integration journey that follows.
Because an insight that leads nowhere remains only a beautiful experience.
Alongside the daily guided program, there will be space for yoga, sound healing, mantra, local live music, DJ sets, spontaneous conversations, adventure, rest, and simply being together.

This Is Your Homecoming
This is a gathering with people who are willing to meet each other beyond the surface.
But even more than that, it is a homecoming to the person you know yourself to be beneath the patterns, fears, expectations, and compromises of everyday life.

At the end of the retreat, we will form Trust Circles — small groups that will stay connected for at least three months after the retreat, supporting one another in integrating what has been uncovered, staying accountable to the commitments made, and turning intentions into real-life action.
Because embodiment is not what happens during seven extraordinary days away from everyday life.
Embodiment is what happens when you return home and begin to live differently.
Your Trust Circle will be there as you take the steps you committed to, meet the places where old patterns return, celebrate what shifts, and remind one another of the life you chose to step into.

Connection, touch, and closeness like cuddling are always welcome, and never required. Everything happens by mutual consent and at your own pace. Throughout the retreat: no exchange of bodily fluids, no penetration, no sex.

The retreat is built as a process and contains individual practices as well as practices in pairs and in group, still and energetic meditations, Tantric rituals, dance and other body movements, breathwork practices and more.
Other Practical Details:
FLIGHTS: There are affordable flights available from Brussels with TuiFly and from Amsterdam with Transavia. We recommend booking flights as early as possible to benefit from the lower airfare rates. The North Airport is just 15 minutes away from the venue, but there are many more flights going to the South Airport which is 1h15 minutes away from the finca.
STAY LONGER: You are welcome to arrive 1-2 days earlier and leave as many days later as you like - most of us plan to hang out there for about 5-7 days longer, to explore the island, swim in the ocean, climb the highest volcano mountain in Europe. Book extra nights before and after the New Year Tantra Retreat (65€ per night extra in a shared accommodation, 130€ extra in a single accommodation).
Cancellation policy
100% refundable upon cancellation 2 or more months prior to the event; 50% refundable 1 or more months prior to the event; non-refundable less than 1 month prior to the event.
Upon reimbursement, an admin fee of 100€ will be withheld.

The Sanctuary Finca El Drago
Nestled between Tenerife's volcanic ridges and the Atlantic horizon, Finca El Drago is an 8,000m² private botanical sanctuary offering a panoramic view over the ocean. Finca El Drago has its own permaculture garden, own mind-blowing chef-cook who prepares fresh meals from farm to table, a restaurant with a panoramic view, brand new Shala, salty swimming pool, sauna, an even an old chapel. E v e r y t h i n g to have an unforgettable stay.

Gorgeous apartments, each in a unique colonial style, offering shared or single occupancy.

The venue is located 15 minutes from Tenerife North Airport and about an hour away from Tenerife South Airport.

Frequently asked Questions
When should I arrive or depart?
Arrival is December 28th, 2026 from 13:00. Earlier arrival on December 26th or 27th is possible too. Departure is January 3rd, 2027 by 11:00. A longer stay is also welcome, for as many days as you like, by booking extra nights directly with Finca El Drago at hello@almaiso.es. Accommodation is € 65 per person per night in a shared room, or € 130 per person per night in a single room.
Which airport do I fly to, and is there a shuttle?
There are affordable flights available from Brussels with TuiFly and from Amsterdam with Transavia. We recommend booking as early as possible for the best rates. Tenerife North Airport is only 15 minutes from the finca, though many more flights run to Tenerife South Airport, about 1 hour and 15 minutes away. On December 28th at 12:00, a shuttle bus runs from Tenerife South Airport to Finca El Drago, and on January 3rd at 11:00 it returns from the finca to Tenerife South Airport. Outside those times, you will need to arrange your own transportation at your own cost.
Who is this retreat designed for?
For adults who have already explored personal growth, therapy, tantra, or somatic inquiry, and are ready to stop accumulating theory and actually live their truth. All gender identities and sexual orientations are welcome.
What does the personal shadow work actually involve?
Each participant chooses one personal fear or recurring pattern, such as intimacy, rejection, or being seen, to work with. In small, trauma informed pods you meet that pattern with somatic honesty, then translate the insight into concrete choices you commit to.
What about food and dietary needs?
A private chef prepares meals daily using produce grown on the land itself. Vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary requirements are accommodated. Let us know your needs when you register.
How does the 3 months integration after the retreat work?
During the retreat you will form a small Trust Circle of 4 participants to follow up on checkpoints every two weeks. These circles ensure you stay accountable to the 1 to 3 concrete commitments you made during the retreat, turning insight into lasting reality.
